How many cottages do you have?

We have three private, self contained cottages, each with sunny decks, full kitchens, wifi, and parking.

How many guests can the cottages accommodate?

All 3 cottages have one bedroom.

Miro and Rata can accommodate 2 people.

Karaka can accommodate up to 4 people- the sunroom off the main living area can be converted to a second bedroom with either king size of twin single beds.

How far is Mapua Wharf from the cottages?

Mapua village is a 6 minute drive from our gate, or a 15 minute bike ride. (4 kms)

Is this a good base for Abel Tasman National Park?

Yes, Marahau (the start of the walking track) is a 42 minute drive.

Kaiteriteri, where most of the boat trips to the Abel Tasman National Park depart from, is a 32 minute drive.

Do the cottages have kitchens?

Yes, all the cottages have fully equipped kitchens and gas barbecues outside.

Do you offer on-site parking?

Yes, there is plenty of parking space at each cottage, plus additional space for extra cars.

We often run promo specials on our website. These will be advertised on the home page.

Are children under 12 and babies allowed?

To maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests, our accommodation is not suitable for children under the age of 12. We appreciate your understanding.
